Payment is conveniently made by debit or credit card directly to the supplier, guaranteeing a secure and reliable transaction for our customers. We also offer special financing through our partnerships with FlexPay by Upgrade, PayPal Credit and After-Pay to those that qualify. 

At Isabella's Adventure Tours, we understand that plans can change. Therefore, our cancellation and modification policies are fairly flexible. For the vendors and suppliers we work with, the policies vary and are discussed when your vacation plans are finalized. 

At Isabella's Adventure Tours our consulting and planning services are priced extremely reasonable. We ask for a $50 retainer for consultation. This retainer is credited to your trip when you book with us. Our team spendss hours researching the perfect vacation for you and we want to make sure everything is exactly like you want it!

At Isabella's Adventure Tours, we offer a very wide variety of services to ensure your trip is an unforgettable experience. We work with a vast array of hotel brands around the world, theme park brands, car rental companies, transport services, shore excursion companies and much more! We can even arrange your travel insurance plans for you! 

Our agency is located in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains in central West Virginia. We call the small hamlet of Craigsville home. We are approximately 20 minutes from Summersville Lake State Park, the largest lake in the state of West Virginia. West Virginia is truly wild and wonderful and we love it here!

Isabella's Adventure Tours was established in 2024. However, our team has over 10 years combined experience in the travel industry. Our knowledge and expertise coupled with our certifications from various vendors and supplies allows us to provide you with the best possible customer service. 

We want to make paying for you vacation as painless as possible. At Isabella's Adventure Tours we accept several methods of payment. You can pay for your invoice with debit or credit cards, FlexPay, PayPal Credit or After-Pay. We do not accept checks of any type. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

At Isabella's Adventure Tours, we work with various offical booking engines utilized by the various vendors and suppliers we are contracted with. Sometimes the prices are cheaper, other times they are the same. However, by using our agency you will gain valuable benefits including personalized advice and knowledge of current promotions that may not be published. This can gaurantee you a very unique experience for you and your family!

Yes, we will provide you will an invoice for your records along with all of your necessary travel documents including boarding passes and tickets well in advance of your departure date. 

We certainly do! If you are only booking airfare please note there is an additional $100 booking fee assessed to your invoice. If airfare is part of your vacation package, this fee is NOT assessed.
