By purchasing these tickets, you agree to the Terms and conditions below.
All deposits are Non-Refundable. (The exception is the trip is cancelled by agency).
Full refunds are given if Isabella’s Travel Adventure Tours or the bus company cancels the trip for any reason.
If, for any reason an (unscheduled) overnight is required, you are responsible for your own hotel stay.
Absolutely No alcohol is allowed on the bus. No Smoking and/or Vaping.
No open beverages are allowed. Drinks must have caps and positively seal.
Isabella’s Travel Adventures cannot be held liable for missing, lost, or stolen items.
Isabella's Travel Adventures is not resposnible for your vehicle that is left behind while traveling with us on an adventure.
Isabella’s Travel Adventures is not responsible for any personal security.
You are responsible for any additional charges may apply for your group:
sick/vomit fee: $100.00, per occurrence – on the bus
Excessive cleaning fee: $100.00 – on the bus
Damages: per estimate – applies to bus and hotel or other vendors

6:00 am - Pickup at Little Union Baptist Church
6:15 am - Arrival at Walmart Summersville PICKUP
7:00 am - Arrival at Flatwoods Go-Mart (Fuel stop & Pickup)
7:15 am - Departure from Go-Mart
8:15 am - Arrival at Chick-fil-A in Clarksburg Meal stop and Pickup - Meal NOT included in your ticket price
8:45 am - Departure from Chick-fil-A
9:30 am - Arrival at Star City Sheetz PICKUP
2:00 pm - Arrival at Sight and Sound Theater - You’ll have approximately 45 minutes to browse in the gift shop and stretch your legs before the show.
5:00 pm Depart Sight and Sound Theater
5:30 pm - Arrive at Shady Maple Smorgasbord
7:00 pm - Depart Shady Maple Smorgasbord
8:00 pm - Arrive at Hotel for check-in
Day2 - May 29, 2026
7:00 am- 9:00 am - Breakfast at the hotel (included)
9:30 am - Depart hotel for Hershey Park - ALL DAY

9:30 am - Hotel Check-out we plan to leave no later than 10:00 am
10:00 am - Depart Hotel - make sure you have everything
2:00 Pm - Arrival at Star City Sheetz (DROP OFF and Fuel Stop)
2:15 pm - Departure from Star City Sheetz
3:15 pm - Arrival at Chick-fil-A in Clarksburg Meal stop and Drop off- Meal NOT included in your ticket price
3:45 pm - Departure from Chick-fil-A
4:45 pm - Arrival at Flatwoods Go-Mart (Fuel stop & Drop-off)
5:00 pm - Departure from Go-Mart
5:45 pm - Arrival at Summersville Walmart DROPOFF
6:00 pm - Arrival at Little Union Baptist Church - Final Drop off Location!
