December 1, 2025

6:00 am—1st pick up Summersville, WV

Address: 100 Wal Street, Summersville, WV Check-in begins at 5:30 am, boarding begins at 5:45 am. We will depart at 6:00 am.

7:30 am—2nd pick up Lewisburg, WV

Address: 1 Gateway Blvd, Lewisburg, WV

This is a breakfast stop and pick up. This meal is NOT included in your ticket purchase. Average menu price is between $15-$25.

Boarding will begin at 8:45 am and we will depart at 9:00 am.

11:00am– Rest Break

Address: I-64, Greenwood, Exit 242A—Charlottesville Safety Rest Area.

This will be a 30 minute rest stop. We will depart at 11:30 am.

1:30 pm—Colonial Williamsburg

Address: 101 Visitor Center Dr, Williamsburg, VA

Enjoy the afternoon exploring all that the Colonial Williamsburg Visitors Center has to offer. Your admission ticket is included and gives you access to Historic Area programming and exhibition sites (including the Capitol and the Governor’s Palace), and museums. Any extras you decide to partake in are NOT included in your ticket price.

5:45 pm—Departure

Boarding will begin at 5:30 pm and we will depart at 5: 15 pm and make our way onto the hotel in Williamsburg for check-in to freshen up for our dinner reservation.

6:00 pm—Hotel Check-In

Address: 7135 Pocahontas Trail, Williamsburg, VA Lodging is included in your ticket purchase.

6:45 pm—Departure

Meet at the front desk at 6:45 to leave for our dinner reservation.

7:00 pm—Dinner

Amber Ox Public House—Included

Address:525 Prince George St Suite 102, Williamsburg, VA

Our reservation at Amber Ox Public House will be at approximately 7:00 pm. Dinner is included in your ticket purchase. We will return to the hotel after dinner.

December 2, 2025

7:30-8:30 am—Breakfast at the Hotel

Enjoy a hot breakfast at hotel, included in your stay.

10:30 am—Departure

Meet at the front desk to depart for the day. We will depart from the hotel at 10:45 am. We do not plan to return to the hotel until late in the evening.

11:00 am—Shopping at Williamsburg Premium

Outlets

Address: 5715 Richmond Rd, Williamsburg, VA Enjoy the day shopping and eating at your leisure.

Expenses are NOT included in your ticket purchase.

3:30 pm—Departure

Meet at the agreed upon location at the mall. This will be discussed at drop off. Boarding will begin at

3:15 pm and we will depart for Busch Gardens at 3:30 pm.

3:45 pm—Busch Gardens Christmas Town

Address: 1 Busch Gardens Blvd, Williamsburg, VA

Experience the magic of Christmas at Busch Gardens Williamsburg! Take in the sites and sounds of the attractions and all they have to offer. Your admission to Busch Gardens and a meal voucher is included in your ticket purchase. Any extra s you decide to partake in are not included.

8:30 pm—Departure

Meet at the main entrance to the park.

Boarding will begin at 8:15 pm and we will depart at 8:30 pm to return to the hotel.

December 3, 2025

7:30-8:30 am—Breakfast at the Hotel Enjoy a hot breakfast at hotel, included in your stay.

9:30—Hotel Check-out

Start bringing your luggage and belongings down to the bus for loading and preparation for check out. Make sure to bring everything from your room! We will NOT be returning to the hotel once we depart!

10:00 am—Departure

Boarding will begin at 9:45 and we will depart at 10:00 am.

12:30 Meal Break and Rest Stop

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Address: 152 Rowe Rd, Staunton, VA 24401 This meal is NOT included in your ticket price. Average menu price is between $15 and $25.

1:15 pm—Departure

Boarding will begin at 1:00 pm and we will depart Cracker Barrel Old Country Store at 1:15 pm.

3:15 pm—1st Drop Off

Address: 976 Jefferson St N, Lewisburg, WV This is a rest break and drop off only. We will depart at 3:45 am.

5:00 pm—Final Drop off– Summersville, WV

Terms and Conditions of Purchase

By purchasing these tickets, you agree to the Terms and conditions below:

All deposits are Non-Refundable.
Full refunds are given if Isabella’s Travel Adventure Tours or the bus company cancels the trip for any reason.
If, for any reason an (unscheduled) overnight is required, you are responsible for your own hotel stay.
Absolutely No alcohol is allowed on the bus. No Smoking and/or Vaping. (This applies to the bus AND the hotel room)
No open beverages are allowed. Drinks must have caps and positively sealed.
Isabella’s Travel Adventures cannot be held liable for missing, lost, or stolen items.
Isabella’s Travel Adventures is not responsible for any personal security.
You are responsible for any additional charges may apply for your group:
- sick/vomit fee: $100.00, per occurrence – on the bus (imposed by the coach company)
- Damages: per estimate – applies to bus and hotel or other vendors
Boarding begins up to 15 minutes before departure time. If you are not there at the departure time, we reserve the right to offer your seat to another passenger and/or depart without you. The amount you paid will not be refunded.

I and/or my group understands that anyone in violation of any of the terms or conditions laid out in this reservation form or on www.isabeltravelwv.com may be removed from the tour group at the driver or tour guides' sole discretion. Should this occur, no refund will be given and the person in violation will be responsible for their own return travel. Isabella's Travel Adventures reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We do not discriminate against anyone for any reason regardless of color, sexual identity, religion, national origin, disability or any other reason.

COVID-19 Policy

Isabella's Travel Adventures follows the guidelines put in place by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and we ask that our travelers do as well. Isabella's Travel Adventures will not ask for your vaccination status or require you to show proof. However, note that some of our travel destinations do require vaccination and or the use of face masks, so please do your own research. Feel free to ask us and we will gladly share the information we have at the time of booking. Keep watch for any new updates due to ever-changing requirements.

Isabella's Travel Adventures cannot prevent you or your group from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while traveling with Isabella's Travel Adventures. We do everything possible to keep the motor coach cleaned & sanitized during & in-between times of travel as recommended by the CDC.
