Terms and Conditions of Purchase

By purchasing these tickets, you agree to the Terms and conditions below:

• All deposits are Non-Refundable. 

• Full refunds are given if Isabella’s Travel Adventure Tours or the bus company cancels the trip for any reason. 

• If, for any reason an (unscheduled) overnight is required, you are responsible for your own hotel stay. 

• Absolutely No alcohol is allowed on the bus. No Smoking and/or Vaping.  (This applies to the bus AND the hotel room)

• No open beverages are allowed. Drinks must have caps and positively sealed.

• Isabella’s Travel Adventures cannot be held liable for missing, lost, or stolen items. 

• Isabella’s Travel Adventures is not responsible for any personal security. 

• You are responsible for any additional charges may apply for your group:

  • sick/vomit fee: $100.00, per occurrence – on the bus (imposed by the coach company) 

  • Damages: per estimate – applies to bus and hotel or other vendors

• Boarding begins up to 15 minutes before departure time.  If you are not there at the departure time, we reserve the right to offer your seat to another passenger and/or depart without you. The amount you paid will not be refunded. 

I and/or my group understands that anyone in violation of any of the terms or conditions laid out in this reservation form or on www.isabeltravelwv.com may be removed from the tour group at the driver or tour guides' sole discretion. Should this occur, no refund will be given and the person in violation will be responsible for their own return travel.  Isabella's Travel Adventures reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We do not discriminate against anyone for any reason regardless of color, sexual identity, religion, national origin, disability or any other reason.
